Prana Yoga is an invigorating style of holistic yoga. The focus is on dynamic breathing, meaningful movement and aligning posture. It has been around for many generations and compliments any fitness level.
Aumji Kistan will be leading the sessions, he has been practicing for 17 years and teaching for over a decade and is one of the first outdoor yoga facilitators in SA. Aumji has led yoga in many studios, at countless festivals and also practiced abroad.
Morning Dragon yoga will run from @ 08:30 - 10:00 on the 30th and 31st December and on the 1st January.
